Terms & Conditions
These terms cover this website and how we work with clinics. Your signed service agreement covers the details of your plan. If the two ever disagree, your signed agreement wins.

The short version
- We're a marketing and automation agency, not a medical or legal provider.
- We don't promise rankings, leads or revenue, but we do the work and show you everything we do.
- You stay responsible for your medical claims, licenses and patient consent. We help you follow the rules.
- Patient data stays in your clinic's own systems. We don't store it and we don't sign BAAs.
- You own the content and pages we create for you once they're paid for.
1. Who we are
No Fall Marketing is a DBA (trade name) of Timeless Group ("No Fall", "we", "us"). We help cash-pay healthcare clinics in the United States get more patients with branding, websites, SEO, ads, content, AI receptionists, CRM and automation. When we say "you", we mean the clinic or person using this website or our services. Timeless Group also runs our sister company, Timeless Digital Agency (timelessdigitalagency.com), a web design and digital marketing agency for businesses outside healthcare.
2. This website is information, not an offer
Nothing on this website forms a contract. Prices, examples and timelines on this site are a guide. Your scope, price and contract length are agreed in writing before any work starts.
3. No medical, legal or compliance advice
We're marketers, not clinicians or lawyers. Nothing on this website or in our work is medical, legal or regulatory advice. We follow advertising rules carefully and we'll tell you when we think something crosses a line, but the final responsibility for what your clinic says and does stays with you and your licensed providers.
4. No guaranteed results
Marketing results depend on things outside our control, such as Google and Meta updates, ad platform decisions, your market, your competition, your pricing and how your team handles new patients. We don't guarantee rankings, a number of leads, bookings or revenue. We do guarantee that we'll do the agreed work, follow best practices and show you exactly what we've done on your progress dashboard.
5. How we work with you
- Onboarding takes 2 business days after we receive payment and the access we need.
- Approvals for content, ads and other work happen in a private WhatsApp group with your clinic.
- Your client dashboard shows the work we've done, time left on your contract, your files, goals and invoices. It doesn't show your leads, bookings or patient data.
- Work is delivered under the plan and scope in your signed agreement.
6. Your responsibilities as a clinic
You agree to:
- Give us accurate information about your clinic, services, prices and providers.
- Make sure every medical claim, treatment description and provider title we publish for you is accurate and allowed by your state board and the law.
- Get written consent from patients before giving us any photo, video, review or testimonial to use.
- Get proper consent before we set up texts, calls or emails to your patients or leads, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar laws.
- Keep your own systems, staff and processes compliant with HIPAA and other health privacy laws.
- Give us access to your accounts (such as Google, Meta and GoHighLevel) through partner or manager access, and review and approve work on time.
7. Patient data
We don't need patient health information to do our work, and we don't want it. The systems we build for you, such as your CRM, AI receptionist, booking and ad accounts, run in accounts your clinic owns, so patient inquiries stay in your systems. We don't store patient data on our side and we don't sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). Please don't send us patient health information by email, WhatsApp or any other channel. If you do, we'll delete it.
8. Ad platforms and third-party tools
We build every campaign to follow Google and Meta's healthcare advertising rules, but those platforms make the final decision. We can't guarantee that an ad will be approved or that an account won't be limited. Our work also relies on third-party tools such as GoHighLevel, Google, Meta and hosting providers. Their own terms apply, and we're not responsible for their outages, policy changes or price changes.
9. AI receptionist and automation
Our AI receptionists and automations answer inquiries, share information you've approved and book appointments. They don't give medical advice, diagnose or handle emergencies, and they tell people when they're talking to AI. Medical questions are passed to your team. You're responsible for approving the information the AI uses and keeping it up to date.
10. Your content
Anything you give us, such as logos, photos, videos, text and patient stories, stays yours. You confirm you have the right to use it and to let us use it for your marketing. You give us permission to use, edit and publish it only to deliver your services. We can refuse content we believe is unlawful, misleading or against platform rules.
11. Who owns the work
Once a piece of work is paid for, you own the final deliverables we create for you, including your website pages, SEO content, social media content, ads and brand assets. We keep ownership of our own templates, tools, workflows, methods and know-how. Final design files are delivered in standard formats (PNG, JPG, PDF or web-ready files). Editable source files are included if your agreement says so. We may show work we created for you in our portfolio only with your permission.
12. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, strategies, results and account access private, and only use them to deliver your services. Both of us agree to protect each other's confidential information and account credentials.
13. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Payment terms, cancellations and refunds are covered on our Payment Guidelines page and in your signed agreement.
14. Limitation of liability
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question during the 3 months before the claim.
15. Indemnity
You agree to protect No Fall from claims, costs and legal fees caused by content you provided, claims about your treatments or results, your providers' licensing, consent you were responsible for getting, or your breach of these terms or the law.
16. Website use
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be error-free or online. Links to other websites are for convenience, and their own terms apply. The text, design and code of this website belong to No Fall.
17. Who can use this website
This website is for clinic owners, managers and healthcare business decision-makers aged 18 or older. It isn't a way for patients to contact or book with a clinic.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Wyoming, unless your signed agreement says otherwise.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top and tell you what changed. Changes don't affect work already agreed in your signed agreement.
